Terms of Service

These terms cover gulfstreamcustomrods.com and the custom rod building services offered by Gulfstream Customs, trading as Gulfstream Custom Rods — including our survey, the rod design preview tool, our retail shop, and the emails and text messages we send you. Using the site means you accept them.

The survey is a request for a recommendation, not an order. Nothing is charged and no deposit is taken when you submit it. Timothy reviews your answers and calls you to talk through a suggested setup, a timeline, and an estimate. Estimates are given personally and can change with the parts and finishes you choose; you only commit when you accept an order.

Once an order is accepted, we aim to finish your rod within six weeks and tell you eight weeks as the outer target, counted from the accepted order date. Parts backorders and finishing delays happen, and we’ll keep you posted rather than leave you guessing.

Every Gulfstream custom rod carries a limited lifetime guarantee covering defects in our workmanship. Normal wear, misuse, and damage are outside that guarantee. Claims are handled through our warranty page.

We offer white glove delivery within 150 miles of our shop where it suits your build; other rods ship. Retail items in our shop are made to order, priced as shown at the time you check out, and paid for through our storefront provider.

Please use the site as it is meant to be used. Don’t upload logos or artwork you don’t have the right to use, don’t try to reach other people’s details, and don’t attempt to get around the access controls on our staff and partner pages.

Gulfstream Customs (Gulfstream Custom Rods) sends text messages only to people who ask for them. If you tick the text-message box in our survey, you consent to receive text messages from us about your custom rod build, including a message to arrange your call with Timothy and follow-ups about that build.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies — we text when there is something about your build rather than on a schedule. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop receiving texts at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and opting out never affects your guarantee or an order already in the shop.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and text availability can differ by carrier and area. To have your number removed, follow the data deletion instructions.

How we collect, keep, and delete your information is described in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the current version applies from the moment it is posted.
