Data deletion instructions

How to ask
Email tim@gulfstreamcustoms.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
To help us find your records, include:
- your name and the email address you used with us
- a phone number, only if it would help us find your records
- what you used: the rod survey, a booked call, a rod registration, or emails with Timothy
- roughly when you used it
We may reply to confirm the request really comes from you before deleting anything. We will never ask for a password, access key or payment details. Please don’t send them.
What we can delete
Details stored in our own systems: your survey answers, call bookings, rod registrations, staff notes and our records of emails sent to you. We will email you once your request has been handled. Some records we may need to keep, for example for a rod we are building for you. If so, we’ll tell you what we’re keeping and why.
Service providers, Meta, Google and Microsoft
Your request covers records Gulfstream Customs controls. That includes, where applicable, copies kept for us by the providers we use, such as our hosting and Microsoft 365 email.
Meta, Google and Microsoft also keep records under their own accounts and policies, for example data from the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics cookies. Managing those may require using their own privacy controls. You can stop future pixel and analytics reporting from our site at any time with the cookie settings in the footer.
Our Meta ad account tool
Our “Gulfstream Ads Manager” app is used only by Gulfstream staff to view and manage our own ad account. Visitors aren’t asked to authorize their Facebook or Instagram accounts through it; it accesses our business advertising data. Disconnecting it, or revoking its access key, stops further access through the tool. It doesn’t erase data Meta has already stored, which Meta keeps under its own policies.
