What this site collects
When you fill in the custom rod survey, we store the answers you give us — including your name, email, phone number and location if you provide them — so Timothy can call you about your build. We never sell this information.
Other details we keep
If you book a call, register a rod, or reply to our emails, we keep what you give us there too (for example your name, email, phone, rod and call time), along with copies of the emails we send you, whether those emails were opened or their links tapped, and staff notes about your build.
If you leave the survey part-way, we may record which step you stopped on so we can improve it.
Services that help us run the site
The site and its database are hosted on Lovable Cloud. Emails from Timothy and call bookings, including Microsoft Teams links, go through our Microsoft 365 account. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are described below.
Where inquiries come from
When your advertising choices allow it, we keep a source label, campaign and ad labels from tagged links, the referring website's hostname and the first page's path during this tab's visit. When you submit a survey or book a call, we save these details with that inquiry in our private CRM on Lovable Cloud to understand which channels bring customers. We do not save advertising click IDs or full referring URLs for this feature, or send your contact details to Google or Meta through it. A source label is not proof of advertising attribution.
You can decline advertising or change your choice in Cookie settings. This stops new source collection and clears this tab's unsent source details; previously saved inquiry details follow the retention and deletion rules below.
Analytics — Google Analytics
Google Analytics (Google) measures which pages you see, how far through the survey you get, and which links you tap. It sets cookies on your device and reports back to Google. We use it to see how the survey is used.
Advertising — Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) measures visits to this site and whether an ad led to a submitted build sheet. It sets cookies on your device and reports back to Meta. We use it to measure our ads and to show them to people more likely to be interested. Our website code sends page-view and successful survey-submission events. Meta may also process information through its pixel according to the settings enabled for our business account and your cookie choices.
Advertising — Google Ads
The Google Ads tag (Google LLC) measures whether a Google ad led to a submitted build sheet. It sets cookies on your device and reports back to Google. We use it to measure our ads and to help Google show them to people more likely to be interested. It only runs when your cookie choices allow ads, and you can switch it off any time from Cookie settings. Learn how Google uses this data at business.safety.google/privacy.
Our Meta ad account tools (Gulfstream Ads Manager)
Separate from the Meta Pixel, Gulfstream Customs uses its own Meta app, “Gulfstream Ads Manager,” so that signed-in Gulfstream staff can view and manage our own Facebook and Instagram ad account from our private staff pages. It reads our ad account, campaign and ad settings and their performance results, such as reach, clicks and spend. Staff use it to review and adjust our own ads.
Website visitors aren’t asked to authorize their Facebook or Instagram accounts through this internal tool; it accesses our own business advertising data. Using it also involves the signed-in staff member’s Meta account identifiers and access credentials. In our database we store the chosen ad account (its ID and name) and when it was chosen. Advertising data returned by Meta is also processed while the tool runs and when staff review or troubleshoot our ad account. The Meta access key is kept as a protected server secret and is never shown in the browser.
How long we keep it
If you get in touch but don’t place an order, we review your inquiry after 12 months without contact and delete or anonymize it, unless we’re still in an active discussion with you or have another documented need to keep it. This review is done by hand; deletion is not currently automatic.
Order, build and rod registration records, including warranty claims and the photos sent with them, are kept to support your build history, servicing and our lifetime guarantee, and to meet financial record-keeping obligations where they apply.
Test submissions are removed once testing is finished. When you ask us to delete your information, we review the request individually and keep only the records needed for an active order or a documented obligation — and we’ll tell you what we’re keeping and why.
Deleting your information
To ask us to delete what we hold about you, see data deletion instructions.
Your choices
Where your country's rules require it, neither service loads until you say yes — and you can accept or decline each one separately. You can change your mind at any time: . Withdrawing stops all further reporting straight away; nothing that was blocked while declined is sent later.
